Referral Program Terms

Overview

ForkScoreoperates a referral program (the "Program") that allows eligible users ("Referrers") to earn recurring cash payments by referring new paying subscribers ("Referred Users") to ForkScore Pro or ForkScore Family (collectively, "Pro").

These terms supplement the Terms of Service. By participating, you agree to both. In any conflict, these Referral Program Terms control as to the Program.

Eligibility

• You must have an active ForkScore account in good standing.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You may participate from any country where ForkScore is available and where the Program is permitted by law. Some countries are excluded by U.S. sanctions or local rules; consult legal@forkscore.ai if you are unsure.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family of Adkins Labs are ineligible for the Program.

How Referrals Are Tracked

Each Referrer receives a unique referral code (in the form FS-XXXXXX) and a corresponding link (https://forkscore.ai/?ref=FS-XXXXXX). A referral is attributed to a Referrer when:

1. A new user accesses ForkScore via the Referrer's link or enters the referral code at sign-up;
2. The new user creates a ForkScore account within ten (10) minutes of arriving via the link (the "Attribution Window"); and
3. The new user has not previously held a ForkScore account associated with the same email address or payment instrument.

Attribution is final upon first sign-up. We do not retroactively re-attribute a Referred User to a different Referrer. The Attribution Window exists to prevent attackers from forcing your code onto an existing user's session.

Earnings

When a Referred User you brought to ForkScore upgrades to Pro and maintains an active, paid Pro subscription, you earn one U.S. dollar (US$1.00) per month, credited on each successful payment of that Referred User's subscription invoice.

• No cap. You may earn for an unlimited number of Referred Users simultaneously.
• No expiration on relationships. So long as the Referred User remains an active paying Pro subscriber, you continue to earn $1.00 each billing cycle. The right does not lapse on a calendar timer.
• Currency.Earnings are calculated in U.S. dollars regardless of the Referred User's billing currency. Conversion to your local currency at payout, where applicable, occurs at the payment processor's prevailing rate.
• Pause on non-payment.If a Referred User's subscription enters a past-due, paused, canceled, or refunded state, the per-month credit pauses or stops accordingly. Past credits already earned are not clawed back except in cases of chargeback, fraud, or refund of the underlying invoice.
• Stripe payouts.Earnings are paid via Stripe Connect or successor payout mechanism, subject to Stripe's terms. You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before initial payout.

Self-Referrals and Fraud

You may not refer yourself. You may not create or coordinate fake accounts to claim credit. The following are examples of conduct that will void earnings and may result in account termination:

• Signing up multiple ForkScore accounts under your own control to claim referral credit;
• Using stolen, synthetic, or test payment instruments to upgrade Referred Users;
• Coordinating with Referred Users to immediately cancel and rejoin for repeated credit;
• Misrepresenting the Program (for example, claiming earnings amounts or terms that are not stated here);
• Using bots, link-injection, malware, or click-fraud techniques to generate referrals.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected fraud, withhold payouts pending review, void earnings tied to fraudulent activity, and reverse credits associated with chargebacks. Decisions in fraud investigations are at our sole discretion.

Promotion of the Program

You may promote your referral link on your own social media, blogs, newsletters, and personal channels. You must:

• Disclose your participation in the Program where required by law (e.g., FTC Endorsement Guides in the U.S., ASA rules in the U.K., and equivalent regulators);
• Use only ForkScore brand assets that we have made publicly available (e.g., the press kit at forkscore.ai/press);
• Make truthful, non-misleading claims about the Service;
• Not run paid search ads on ForkScore-branded keywords (including "ForkScore," "forkscore.ai," or close variants and misspellings);
• Not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or official spokesperson of Adkins Labs.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties owed in your jurisdiction on Program earnings. Payments are made gross, with no withholding except where required by law.

For U.S. participants, Adkins Labs (or its payment processor) may issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC or 1099-K when calendar-year earnings exceed applicable thresholds. You must provide a valid Form W-9 (U.S. person) or W-8 series (non-U.S. person) before payout if requested. Failure to provide tax information may result in withheld payouts.

For users outside the U.S., your local payment processor or tax authority may impose reporting obligations. Consult a tax adviser in your jurisdiction.

Modifications and Termination of the Program

We may modify these Referral Program Terms or end the Program at any time. However, the per-Referred-User earnings rate and the "no cap, no expiration" structure that apply to referrals already attributed before any change will continue to apply to those existing relationships, for as long as the underlying Pro subscription remains active and paid.

That commitment is the consideration for which you participated. Any change we make affecting future referrals will be posted on this page with reasonable advance notice (no less than thirty (30) days for rate changes) and reflected in the version footer below.

Your individual participation may be suspended or terminated at any time for fraud, breach of these terms, or breach of the Terms of Service. Termination for fraud forfeits unpaid earnings.

Privacy

Information about Referred Users — including their identity and subscription status — is processed under our Privacy Policy. As a Referrer, you receive aggregate counts (number of referrals, number of active Pro subscribers, payout amount) but not personally identifying details about specific Referred Users.

Disputes

Disputes arising from the Program are governed by the dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Service, including binding individual arbitration and class-action waiver, where enforceable. Earnings disputes must be raised in writing to legal@forkscore.ai within ninety (90) days of the disputed credit or payout, after which the credit or payout is deemed final.
