1. Open Settings → Network & Internet → Private DNS
2. Select Private DNS provider hostname

Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Use secure DNS → Custom → paste URL
Firefox: Settings → Privacy → DNS over HTTPS → Custom → paste URL
