  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic β€” minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pasta water β€” reserved
  • 1/4 cup parsley β€” fresh, chopped

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
