  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp dill fresh, chopped

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan. Roast 12-15 minutes.

    Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Place salmon skin-side up, cook 4 minutes until golden.

    Tip: Don't touch the fish for 4 full minutes — that's how you get the crust.

    Flip salmon. Add butter and garlic to the pan. Baste salmon with the garlic butter for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
