  • 2 cups Thai basil leaves β€” packed
  • 4 Thai bird chilies β€” minced
  • 6 cloves garlic β€” minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups jasmine rice β€” cooked

Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok over high heat until smoking.

    Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Tip: Don't let the garlic burn β€” it goes fast at high heat.

    Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until no longer pink, about 3 minutes.

    Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
