  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes β€” 14 oz
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large onion β€” diced
  • 4 cloves garlic β€” minced
  • 1 inch ginger β€” grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro β€” for garnish

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in yogurt, half the garam masala, turmeric, and cumin for at least 30 minutes.
