Classic Greek Salad
Chunky tomatoes, crisp cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and a generous slab of feta dressed with olive oil and oregano. No lettuce needed β this is the real deal.
Instructions

Cut tomatoes into large chunks and cucumber into thick half-moons. Place in a large bowl.

Add thinly sliced red onion and Kalamata olives.

Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and oregano. Toss gently.

Place a thick slab of feta cheese on top. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and oregano.
Tip: Don't crumble the feta β a whole slab is the traditional Greek way.

Serve immediately with crusty bread.
