  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each, skin-on
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Mix melted butter with lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and parsley to make herb butter.

    Pat salmon dry. Brush with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

    Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates.

    Tip: A hot, oiled grate prevents sticking.

    Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes without moving.
