Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon
Perfectly grilled salmon fillets with a bright lemon-herb butter. Crispy skin, flaky interior, and done in 20 minutes. The weeknight dinner hero.
Instructions

Mix melted butter with lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and parsley to make herb butter.

Pat salmon dry. Brush with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates.
Tip: A hot, oiled grate prevents sticking.

Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes without moving.

Flip carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 125°F for medium.

Transfer to a plate and spoon herb butter over the top. Rest for 2 minutes and serve with lemon wedges.
