Fresh Basil Pesto Pasta
Vibrant, aromatic basil pesto tossed with al dente pasta, cherry tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts. From blender to bowl in 15 minutes.

Cook pasta in generously salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While pasta cooks, combine basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor.

Pulse while drizzling in olive oil until smooth but still slightly textured.
Tip: Don't over-process β a little texture is better than baby food.

Toss hot drained pasta with pesto, adding pasta water a splash at a time until silky and well-coated.

Fold in halved cherry tomatoes. Top with extra pine nuts and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
