  • 1/3 cup pine nuts β€” toasted
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese β€” grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes β€” halved
  • 1/2 tsp salt

    Cook pasta in generously salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
