Build-your-own bowl with cilantro-lime rice, seasoned black beans, juicy chicken, pico de gallo, guacamole, and all the fixings. Better than the chain, and you control the portions.

Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, salt, and juice of half a lime. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.

Stir lime juice and chopped cilantro into warm cooked rice.

Warm black beans in a small saucepan with a pinch of cumin and salt.

Make pico de gallo: combine diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice.

Mash avocados with lime juice and salt for quick guacamole.

Slice chicken. Assemble bowls: rice on the bottom, then beans, chicken, pico, guacamole, cheese, and sour cream.
